RevNation® provides a digital platform connecting buyers, sellers, dealers and service providers across the global automotive marketplace. The following policies govern the use of the RevNation® platform, website and applications.

RevNation® operates as a digital marketplace platform connecting buyers, sellers and professional dealers. RevNation® does not own, inspect or guarantee vehicles listed on the platform. All listings are created and managed by independent sellers or dealerships. Transactions conducted through RevNation occur directly between buyers and sellers.

RevNation® accepts no responsibility for:

• Vehicle condition or listing accuracy

• Financial losses between buyers and sellers

• Payment disputes between parties

• Vehicle delivery or ownership transfer

• Misrepresentation by third-party sellers

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before completing any transaction. RevNation® reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts or restrict access to the platform where misuse or policy violations occur.

Business & Dealer Access
RevNation® may provide marketplace tools for private sellers, dealers, businesses and approved partners through the RevNation® app.
Access to certain business, dealer or premium features may require account approval, platform review or future in-app eligibility.
RevNation® may update available features as the platform grows and as App Store launch requirements are completed.

Raffle Policy

All raffles on the RevNation® platform are free to enter.
